Most wars often result from a combination of several different and diverse causes. Three of the most causes of conflicts are over resources, struggles for power, and clashing ideologies. The conflict over resources can be argued as the most basic as well as the most enduring cause of war. The resources often include land, energy sources as well as important geographic features.
Wars are not a stranger to humans; it is critical to understand to note that indeed wars have been fought since human beings have existed. However, the main issue that will be discussed in this paper is whether indeed there exists a moral justification for war. This paper argues that indeed there is a proper justification and that there are times when war is the only choice on the table, and it should be carried out in order to ensure that the greater good prevails in the world.

The organization should be concerned if the supervisors speak in favor or against union representation. This is because if they speak in favor of union representation it is possible that the thought might have emancipated from the fact that the working conditions in the organization are not as they should be, and the management should do something about the situation (Getman, 2012). If the supervisors are speaking against the union, then it means that the company might be doing well on its own.

When Franklin Roosevelt entered office on March 4, 1933, United States was in its worst recession, in its history. It s critical to understand that indeed the Presidential election campaign of November, 1932 took place under the backdrop of one of the most severe economic depressions to ever occur in American History. It is critical to recognize that although the Republican President Herbert Hoover was personally blamed for not decisively failing to deal with the consequence of the wall street crash that occurred in October 1929, the Democratic candidate, Franklin D. Roosevelt declared what is what he described as ‘a new deal for the American people .

Controlling illicit drug use has been a persistent policy in the United States, where law enforcement has been the primary orientation in the so- called "war on drugs." The relationship that exists between drug enforcement and crimes has been controversial. Drug enforcement can lead to a disruption of drug markets, leading to an increase in violent crime as drug dealers fight over market share and turf. There are agencies that have been formed all over the world to fight against the usage of illicit drugs in their jurisdiction, for instance, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in the United States.

The Russian Revolution was the revolution in the Russian Empire in the year 1917 in which the tsarist regime was overturned and replaced by Bolshevik rule under Lenin. It took place during the month of March to the month of November. In the first revolution that occurred in March, also called the February Revolution, the Russian Empire was forced to dissolve, and a Provisional Government replaced the old regime. In the second revolution, which occurred in the month of October, the provisional government was removed and replaced with a Communist government also known as Bolshevik government.

Asian people can be defined as the people who generally descend from portions of the population of the continent of Asia. These people may or may not show customs and languages that belong to Asia. American people, on the other hand, can be defined as the people who originate from the United States and who are inhabitants of the United States. Asian Americans, however, is a term that is used to refer to Americans who are of Asian descent, chiefly East Asia.

Terrorism continues to be an ugly scar on the face of the earth that no form of reconstructive surgery can as yet repair. The effects of terrorism, both physical and psychological, continue to plague the fabric of our society (Makarychev, Orttung, 2006). However, all is not lost in the fight against global terrorism. It is still possible to lift ourselves out of the abyss in which terrorism continues to hold the world hostage.

Marcus Tullius Cicero was born on the 3rd January 106 B.C.E. He was also known as Tully. He reigned from a small town known as Arpinum which is located on south-eastern part of Rome (Boardman, Griffin & Murray 45-67). The actual meaning of Cicero is chickpea and originated from one of his ancestor who had a wart that resembled a chickpea. In Rome, Cicero studied philosophy, law and literature. In his time, Cicero was an important statesman but he was famously known as an author. His life was faced with a lot of dramatic turns. The great body of his writings including the personal correspondence forms the central interest of his life. He was widely associated with republican or aristocratic party in Rome. He was also an important leader in the era of Pompey and Julius Ceaser. In his time, he was vocal of ideals and objected tyranny. His principles opposed corruption and bureaucracy. This paper tries to give an account of Cicero and the influences he had in his time and the extension in the modern times.

The corn system in America is highly unstable and has several negative influences on health and the economy. These are the main reasons why the idea of growing corn in America should be revised or replaced with a more productive investment. Corn produces some beneficial products such as corn flour which is used as a food, cornmeal, grits, sweet corn, and hominy. However, it has negative effects in public health and the economy of America. It is mostly used as animal feed and its negative health effects on animals are transferred to humans when they take animal products.In addition, it affects the economy of the United States negatively. Corn makes use of land which is an important factor for production. Since it economic contribution is very low this resource ends up being wasted unlike a situation where the same would be used for industrial or to produce other products that would yield better results. The government directs heavy subsidies to corn farming whereas it has so many health-related and uneconomical issues. Corn has fattening effects on cattle, hogs, and chicken. These effects are transferred to humans and one of the biggest health concerns caused by corn is obesity. Although corn is food that can provide nourishment, it is also a vice that affects public health and the economy of the United States.

At the end of World War II, the eleven countries which formed the Allied Powers (Australia, Canada, China, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, France, India and the United States) indicted and prosecuted military, political and diplomatic leaders on account of crimes against humanity and War crimes that were carried out in Southeast Asia between the years 1928-1945[ A C Brackman, The Other Nuremberg: The Untold Story of the Tokyo War Crimes Trials ( Morrow, New York 1987)76]. The trials were coined Tokyo trials since the proceedings took place in the city. The trials stood alongside Nuremberg Trials since they contributed to International law. This trial lasted longer than the former Nuremberg Trials. The idea of prosecuting the war leaders on crimes against humanity was generated late after the war
