PremiumPapers.net Money Back Guarantee
BEWARE! Most companies in the academic research paper writing industry DO NOT offer a Money Back Guarantee. They often tend not keep their promise to return your money if you are not satisfied with the order. At PremiumPapers.net, we want you to TRUST US when placing your order!
At PremiumPapers.net refund requests are rare but there are times when a customer really need to be refunded. This is a requirement for a transparent company whose main aim is to enhance overall experience and satisfaction of the customers.
PremiumPapers.net money back policy is a clear guideline that outlines the circumstances and situations applicable to PremiumPapers.net that have to be satisfied before a refund can be issued. All refund requests are processed within 4-6 business days.
I want to cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order before we assign a writer to work on it, you receive a 100% refund. If a writer has already been assigned, and it is confirmed in your "Track your order section" as writer processing order, the refund amount depends on your deadline. You can claim a 70% refund if half or less of the period has passed, and up to 50% thereafter. This is because the writer who starts on your assignment should receive the compensation for the work done.
Please note that you cannot receive a refund for order cancellation if the paper has been completed and delivered to you on time. If the paper has been delivered within the deadline you stipulate and pay for, you can only request a revision.
Provided you haven't received the paper and the circumstances for order cancellation were beyond your control a partial refund up to 30% might still be considered.
I paid for one order twice
If you notice that you were charged twice, and you receive two receipts from the payment processing system (that is, PayPal.com), do not hesitate to contact us. Forward both receipts to our email and the extra payment will be refunded in full within the shortest possible time.
I accidentally placed two identical orders
If you complete the payment for two identical orders by mistake, please contact us immediately to clarify the situation before we proceed with both orders. It is your responsibility to cancel any orders you do not need, before we assign a writer to work on them. Otherwise, they are regarded as regular orders and standard refund procedures apply (see *I want to cancel my order*).
No writer was found to work on my order
We always do our best to assign the most appropriate writer to work on your paper; however, it is still possible that on rare occasions the writer is not found. If this does occur, we issue a full refund for you.
My paper was late
If lateness occurs due to the late upload of extra materials on your part, you cannot apply for a lateness refund. Please make sure all paper details and additional materials are provided upon placing the order.
If due to some other reason the first version of a paper is delivered after the original deadline, you can request recalculation of the order price, according to the deadline for delivery. For example, an 8-hour delivery paper completed an hour late now falls into the 12-hour delivery category, and should cost less. The difference in price is refunded. If lateness occurs with a long-term order (past 14 days or longer) we refund 7% upon your request.
All lateness refund requests should be submitted via email, within 14 days from the time the paper was delivered.
The revision of my paper was late
Lateness refunds and price recalculation do not apply to revisions, since revision deadlines are set separately.
In order to avoid confusion, please make sure you choose the correct deadline when placing an order. Your final submission deadline should correspond to the date when your paper is due, and should exceed your first draft deadline by at least 30%, so that we are given a leeway for any possible revisions of your order.
Varying Percentage Refund
The paper was delivered to the customer after the deadline, but they still want it. In such a case, you can lodge a refund claim citing the lateness. For late delivery, a new price is set depending on the actual time the customer received the paper. The eligible refund is calculated by getting the difference between the original price paid for the paper and the new price that has been set. For example, you may have paid $200 for a paper to be delivered in 4 days, but in a highly unlikely event, you may receive it after 4 days and 15 hours. Suppose the price of the same order with a deadline of 4 days and 15 hours is $180, then the customer can get a $10 refund, which is equal to $120-$180.
The customer believes that the delivered paper is substandard or unsatisfactory. In such a rare and unfortunate event, you may ask that the paper be revised free of charge or request another writer to work on the order. The customer can also ask our customer support staff to place the order on ‘Dispute’ status. The customer can ask for a refund, but they must note the following:
Strong and sincere reasons are required to support your dispute.
Time will be needed to resolve the dispute. Customer care representatives may be required to send the paper to the QAD (Quality Assurance Department), get in touch with the writer and/or request for extra sources to validate your claim. All these activities are time consuming.
Refunds on disputed orders are variable, and there is no fixed percentage refund for a disputed order. Each case is analyzed and resolved individually, and the percentage refund is determined after thorough scrutiny.
If the customer is required to provide additional materials and/or information to assist in resolving the dispute and they do not provide them within 2 weeks (14 days) after a request for such documents is first made, the dispute resolution process is halted without the possibility of a refund.
NB: It is important to note that when a client receives a 100% refund on an order, they lose the right to use the paper as well as any other resource that may have been sent to them on the order page, via email, or through any other means by our support team or writers. PremiumPaper.net retains copyright to such papers and resources, and reserves the right to utilize them in any manner we consider appropriate. Further, please note that such research papers and resources are usually published on our site as sample papers, which means that any check by the plagiarism software will return 100% plagiarized.
