Diversity is extremely important in the field of the forensic psychologist. This is because there are times when involuntary therapy might be needed, and this attracts different types of people with diverse cultures (American Psychological Association, 2002). Therefore, it is important for a forensic psychologist to understand that there is a need to be sensitive to the culture of the individual.

The objective of this paper is to examine social proof, which is one of the psychological principles of human behavior. The paper will examine the situations in which this psychological principle is applied. It will also explain the principle of social proof from an historical perspective.

Dan: I have come to believe that despite the situation, there are actions that are right or wrong. There are no two ways about it and, therefore, it is important for one not to try and pin situation for the situation. Society has over the years been grappled with the fear that a situation might make something that is right when it is wrong. It is important to understand that indeed morals are inherent in some fundamentals sources such as nature and God.
Tom: I tend to disagree with you Dan; I believe that the situation is the most important and, in fact, moral relativism is the way to understand morals. It will be completely ignorant to state that morals are inherent in us; this is because they are not. There have been different cultures that have existed and each of them often has a standpoint that is uniquely different than others. Therefore, it would be difficult for all the different societies to look at the situation in the same manner. That is the reason as to why there are behaviors that are considered to be deviant in one society but in another they are perfectly normal.

It is important to note that change is stressful, and, therefore, whether good or bad it often adds tension to any office. The introduction of new technology often changes the way the staff at an organization can be able to access information as well as manage information. It is critical to understand that indeed success when it comes to using technology tools is often driven by user attitude (Drucker, 1995). Therefore, it is important to note that indeed the users who want to reach out, and the people that feel informed as well as involved are often committed to both timeliness as well as quality. Therefore, to introduce new technology there is a need to prepare the employees of the company, there is a need to keep it the technology simple (Grogger & Karoly, 2005).

Domestic violence often involves any incident of threatening behavior, abuse or violence be it psychological, financial, emotional or sexual that occurs between adults who are or have been in the past been intimate partners and family members. It comes regardless of the gender or the sexuality. Whatever form it takes, it is critical to understand that domestic violence is a rarely a one off incident and in many cases it should instead be seen as a pattern of abusive as well as controlling behavior through which the abuser can be able to seek power over the victim. In most instances, the abuse can begin at any time. Domestic abuse often occurs across society, gender, race, sexuality, geography and age.

The problem, in this case, is whether to choose one job offering over another. There is a dilemma that exists in that one employment option is available at the moment, and it is guaranteed. It pays well, and it is going to increase my fortunes. However, all the supervisors that are in the company that that is offering the new job all have master’s degree and therefore in order to go up the employment food chain, there will be a need to get the right amount of education. This means more money, and the fact that the company does not have tuition reimbursement makes it more expensive.
